Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Refund Policy * Bookings are non refundable after 24 hours of booking date. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, as long as cancellation occurs prior to 24 hours of original booking date. Non-refundable bookings may be exchanged for another date and time if available. Travel Time * Please take into consideration that you may experience heavier-than-usual traffic when traveling to your designated locations during holidays or rush hours. Please allow your self enough time to reach to your designated location. Weather * Priceless moments picnic services are located mainly outdoors. Please dress accordingly. Light walking may be required. * Cancellation of a service is dependent on weather conditions. All services that must be rescheduled due to abrupted weather conditions, will be fully refunded. The decision to cancel a service due to weather will be made as close to show time as possible. please do not smoke around the set up (If the picnic items smell like smoke upon pick up, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $70 -Please do not leave our setups unattended in a public place. You are responsible for the set up of tothe entire rental time. If you finish early please contact us and we may be able to come pick up early but no guarantees!
